How time flies, second quarter of the year 2015 has come to an end!!
How many of you will do a quarterly review? As most of us only do review by the end of the year.
I've done my half year review and I am really happy and enjoyed my quality lifestyle now. Everyday is full of colours! Most importantly, I managed to juggle my business while spend quality time with my beloved daughters and family.
Like today, we spent a lovely morning in Jiaying's kindergarten.
Because we are no longer leading an ordinary + boring engineering life, the career we chose now allowed us to contribute to the society and touch people's life daily! That's why we are able to share our career as public speaker to JY's classmates.
JY felt proud for us as well.
After the sharing session, I met up with my ex-colleague, providing both health and career solution for him.
By 130pm, as I am my own boss, I call it off for the day.
Because we want to have a small birthday celebration for my beloved mother-in-law!
Really enjoy and of course I feel blessed as I am the master of my destiny now.
I'm a proud mummypreneur with my own healthy fast food franchise biz. I'm enjoying health, time and financial freedom.
Afterall, to be prosperous, it's not about getting more stuff. It's about having the freedom to make almost any decision you want.
Do contact me if you are looking for a career solution!

Gout patients can eat soy products, local study finds
Have you heard of gout patient not recommended to take soy?
Let me share a recent study as published in the Straits Times.
Source: http://www.straitstimes.com/news/singapore/health/story/gout-patients-can-and-should-eat-soy-products-local-study-finds-20150506#sthash.dI0q28t3.dpuf
"The finding, that soy is not associated with higher risk of gout, confirms six other studies done in places like Japan and Taiwan, which show that consuming soy does not increase uric acid in one's blood, said Professor Koh Woon-Puay, who studies population health at the Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School.
"In the local study, the group which ate the most red meat had an 8 per cent higher risk of gout. Surprisingly, the group which consumed the most poultry had a significantly higher 27 per cent increased risk. Up to 97 per cent of the red meat consumed by those polled was pork as older Chinese seldom eat beef and lamb, unlike in Western countries. The trend has to be studied further as previous research did not break meat up into different categories to look at their associations with gout, Prof Koh said. "Though the study surveyed only Chinese, we have no reason to expect different results in other racial groups," she added. About 4 per cent of Singaporeans over the age of 45 suffer from gout, which is more common in males."
The article above is conducted in Singapore, which is very relevant to us.
The research has once again demonstrated to us that sometimes even medical experts based on their recommendation on Nutrition misconceptions/myth.
Hence it is very important for us to learn to be a wise consumer so that we always get the correct way of a healthier living.

JX had a bad fall on last Sunday
Last Sunday, JX fell down and injured her upper lip. The wound was quite bad as she bleed quite a lot. She refused to close her mouth as it was painful, yet we cant do anything other then kept wiping off her saliva and listen to her groaning.
I know NI food like millennium sure helps at this moment as cactus has very high anti-inflammation ability as such able to speed up wound healing. However there's no way I can feed her especially she injured her upper lip. So I sneakily applied Gui Hwa Oil on her wound and WAIT.
To my surprise, by 1pm her lip was not so swollen and she started to ask for porridge and water and play as usual.
And by 8pm she looked like this:
We are blessed that with the wisdom in the science of Nutritional Immunology, we are nourishing JX with synergized food
daily since she was in my tummy, infant till now. Amazingly as you see from the photos here, her recovery was remarkably fast, in
fact in just less than 8 hours within a day!
This is the
amazing repair function by our immune system. Our child’s body
can carry our repair task very well when the body receives the correct nutrients from plant
food synergy.
This is the importance to nourish our body with NI food, it's like why we need to keep on providing food and train our army daily even though in those peaceful day, and not wait till the enemy come then we start to give food to our army. It will be too late by then.

Got the Facts on Milk?
We are taught from childhood that milk is very nutritious, milk is the only source of calcium.
Rethink about it after watching this video.
