How to speed up bone fracture recovery?

There was some drama at home yesterday ๐Ÿ˜…

JX fell off from chair yesterday, and ended up with a casting on her arm.




Chatted with her doctor yesterday, he told me bone fracture cases are increasing during school holiday season. Just for yesterday, he has received 4 to 5 bone fractured cases before JX. Most of them has already swollen , so he was quite surprise JX was not too pain or swollen.

As we know there's no medication to heal the fracture, but then how we can recover from fracture/injuries faster, to avoid any further complication?

Festive season coming, how to ensure we get sufficient of fibre ANYTIME ANYWHERE ANYONE?

For me, i just returned from 4D3N Penang family trip.

Penang is well known as food paradise, thankfully to the conveniences from NI food, i didn't put on weight at all :)

What to do for HFMD season

Just to share my younger girl first time contacted HFMD experience๐Ÿ˜…

As both gals didn't get HFMD before this, so I wasn't too sure in the first place too ๐Ÿ˜…

Blessed that we are on NI food on daily basis, so her recovery is very fast & easy too.

Realised that she had fever on Saturday evening, add on more Rosytime for her so by Sunday morning fever subsided.

After that, I noticed she had rashes on her palm & foot then only suspected it might be HFMD, hehe...

Her rashes subsided after 1 day, & the ulcers inside her mouth gone on day 4.


As compare to my client's friend case - which is much more severe

Come to think of it, HFMD is one of the common diseases I have came across along my SAFE SUPERMARKET journey, and I am happy that able to help many recovered faster with the NI food instead of introducing more medication which is harmful to our liver to our LO ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

VegeColor Esoup Mushroom Potato Soup

Mushroom soup is always one of my favourites, however due to the high calories & dairy contain inside I seldom order or DIY at home.

Until i saw this recipe ๐Ÿ˜




Today we decided to go for it :)!

First get the ingredients ready, as below:


Follow the steps as per the recipe above.

1. Cook the potato till soft & blend it



2. Stir fry the mushroom with E Excel Macadamia nut oil

3. Mix 1 & 2 together, cook with low heat

4. Off the heat, ready to add in Esoup & VegeColor

5. Tada.... Potato mushrooms soup with 28 types of Vegetables is ready to serve ๐Ÿ˜‹
