Recent study done on consumption of cows milk

My friend shared this news clip with me, and recently I saw this video clip on FB too.



Usually people think of milk is good for promoting healthy bones, however the recent study done on consumption of cows milk and the result is shocking.

I am blessed with the knowledge in the sceince of Nutritional Immunology, I have learned that cows milk is not the only source of protein and calcium for us and our family from Dr.Chen long ago.

If not cows milk then what? Wholesome plant is still safest and best for our body and immune system. Below is what I shared with my friends when they asked for suggestion/alternative on protein and calcium.

Another milestone for JY

Part of NI lifestyle is exercise.

We have been emphasised importance of exercise to kids since their young and of course we have to lead by example.

Both gals were on their 4 wheels bicycle all the while, till the weekend before last, I asked JY if she want to learn cycle on 2 wheels, and she accepted the offer.

Daddy and I taught her the theory part, and guided her. Then she was trying on her own for 2 days, but still can't conquer her fear.

Salute to daddy for his patients :)


Last weekend, JY has matsered the skill !!!


Life is a journey, full of learning, full of surprise and full of goals :)

We are blessed to be able to learn and grow together with our kids, with good health and healthy environment.

Why eating healthy breakfast is important? What is healthy breakfast criteria?

Morning is considered the most improtant part of the day.

However, due to the fast pace modern living, most people either skip their breakfast or eat in a rush.
