Legoland Day 1

Finally we are at Legoland after hearing mixed feedback on legoland experience.

One of the most 'popular' feedback is VERY HOT. Indeed, if without the cloudy weather today, it will be VERY HOT.

We are blessed with nice weather today.

As JX is only 107cm, so many rides she can't go as min. heaight requirement is 110cm.

We played those without height limit or at least 100cm.

Around 2pm, we checked in hotel & ta da.... both gals love it sooooooooooo much...

In fact JX was coughing since Thursday, as of today morning she was ok already.

Then it's JY's turn this morning.

NI food are always with us

Guess what is their drink today? Yes, Triflora! To help their coughing recover faster.

How to make lips injury recover in just a week?

Indeed, falls scratches and injuries are part and parcel when kids are growing up.

Followed by JX fell down in May last year, JY had hers too 2 weeks ago.

It happened when we were happily shopping for our Taiwan trip clothing.

I was quite panic when I saw she bleeding non-stop. But still remained calm to clean my hand with Handygel and applied Gui Hwa Balm on her lower lips. Good thing was she stop bleeding within a minute.

Like what we learned from JX;s episode, other than her daily Oxyginberry drink, we gave her Millenium to speed up her wound recovery. Of course, we applied Gui Hwa Oil on her lips too.

And she recovered within a week!

Indeed, this is the amazing repair function by our immune system with the right nourishment!

We are blessed with NI knowledge that helping JY to recover within a week!

JX had a bad fall on last Sunday

Last Sunday, JX fell down and injured her upper lip. The wound was quite bad as she bleed quite a lot. She refused to close her mouth as it was painful, yet we cant do anything other then kept wiping off her saliva and listen to her groaning.

I know NI food like millennium sure helps at this moment as cactus has very high anti-inflammation ability as such able to speed up wound healing. However there's no way I can feed her especially she injured her upper lip. So I sneakily applied Gui Hwa Oil on her wound and WAIT.

To my surprise, by 1pm her lip was not so swollen and she started to ask for porridge and water and play as usual.

And by 8pm she looked like this:

We are blessed that with the wisdom in the science of Nutritional Immunology, we are nourishing JX with synergized food daily since she was in my tummy, infant till now. Amazingly as you see from the photos here, her recovery was remarkably fast, in fact in just less than 8 hours within a day!

This is the amazing repair function by our immune system. Our child’s body can carry our repair task very well when the body  receives the correct nutrients from plant food synergy.
This is the importance to nourish our body with NI food, it's like why we need to keep on providing food and train our army daily even though in those peaceful day, and not wait till the enemy come then we start to give food to our army. It will be too late by then.

We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness.

This is a master piece.  If you have not read it take the time to read it now.  If you have read it take time to read it again!
GEORGE CARLIN  (His wife recently died....)

A Message by George Carlin:

The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers, wider Freeways , but narrower viewpoints. We spend more, but have less, we buy more, but enjoy less. We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time. We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness.
We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV too much, and pray too seldom.

We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values. We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often.

We've learned how to make a living, but not a life. We've added years to life not life to years. We've been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the street to meet a new neighbor. We conquered outer space but not inner space. We've done larger things, but not better things.

We've cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul. We've conquered the atom, but not our prejudice. We write more, but learn less. We plan more, but accomplish less. We've learned to rush, but not to wait. We build more computers to hold more information, to produce more copies than ever, but we communicate less and less.

These are the times of fast foods and slow digestion, big men and small character, steep profits and shallow relationships. These are the days of two incomes but more divorce, fancier houses, but broken homes. These are days of quick trips, disposable diapers, throwaway morality, one night stands, overweight bodies, and pills that do everything from cheer, to quiet, to kill. It is a time when there is much in the showroom window and nothing in the stockroom. A time when technology can bring this letter to you, and a time when you can choose either to share this insight, or to just hit delete...

Remember; spend some time with your loved ones, because they are not going to be around forever.

Remember, say a kind word to someone who looks up to you in awe, because that little person soon will grow up and leave your side.

Remember, to give a warm hug to the one next to you, because that is the only treasure you can give with your heart and it doesn't cost a cent.

Remember, to say, 'I love you' to your partner and your loved ones, but most of all mean it. An embrace will mend hurt when it comes from deep inside of you.

Remember to hold hands and cherish the moment for someday that person will not be there again.

Give time to love, give time to speak! And give time to share the precious thoughts in your mind.

AND ALWAYS REMEMBER:

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.

Good sharing

Both gals down with fever

While I am half way write on how I maintain health of my family members through nutritional immunology (received feedbacks from few parents, so i decided to publish it rather than pm), both gals were down with fever.

JY was down with fever on Wednesday night, she was about 38plus degree C, so i fed her millennium before she zz. Thanks god, she fully recovered on the next day morning. However, I decided to keep her at home for a day to monitor.

Then who knows JX started to have fever on Thursday morning. One after another, haiz.
I did the same, keep feeding JX Millennium and Oxyginberry and sponging throughout the day. Her fever was getting higher from 37plus to 38plus on Thursday night.

I continued feeding her wholesome food and sponging on Friday, in fact her fever rise to 39plus on Friday evening. But not too worry, her fever finally subsided around midnight on Friday.

All thanks to nutritional immunology, as we decided to nourish her immune system with correct nutrient rather than rely on western medication.

We feel so relief as dont have to worry on the side effects from western medication.

Afterall just read the news on the Nurofen nearly killed a 2 years old girl few days back, so scary....

Today just nice can spent a day out with their cousins :)

And do stay tune for my post on my nutritional immunology diet ya...

What I need to pack in my luggage compared to a year ago

My family and I adopted NI lifestyle since a year ago after we learnt about the science of Nutritional Immunology from a friend.

Since then, we have been enjoying the convenience from the NI products.

For example, earlier we brought these in case of any emergency. Frankly speaking, even though during emergency we still can't make up our mind whether to give our gers these medicine as we know they may have side effect from these chemicals (there may be some long term side effects which we might not see it now).

Now, instead of medicine/drug/poison, we bring wholesome HEALTH FOOD:

It is so easy, carefree, ease of mind, relax with these wholesome health food in hand.

We know that these health food can nourish our immune system which is the best doctor in the world well, so that it can carry out defense-cleanse-repair jobs. So we don't have to worry or have headache over our kids falling sick when we go for our holiday.

We all look forward to holiday, but back in our mind we know that it is very common for kids or even adult to fall sick during holiday as lesser rest + lesser nutritious food + more junk food = weaker immunnity. So with NI health food around, we can keep our immunity up and more energetic to enjoy the holiday.

Oxyginberry is our wholesome source for antioxidants and phytochemicals, something we need to replenish daily.

NOCO, ACT and Orchestra works wonder for cough, runny nose, sinus, diarrhoea and etc.

Nutriact which is full of polysaccharides is my best food for combat flu or runny nose.

Millennium - which is very high in phytochemicals is excellent for healing and especially useful for fever

And of course meimei's favourite Oseed - Omega 3.

Upon returning from Muar, meimei has runny nose. I fed her Oxyginberry + Nutriact + Millennium, she recovered within three days.

Previously, I will stop JY or JX from eating heaty fast food, chocolate or playing water if they have runny nose. But this time as my sister, her husband and her 3 years old son followed us to Singapore during the long Hari Raya weekend, though JX still has watery nose, with NI products, JX's runny nose recovered well despite playing water at Garden by the Bay, eating chocolate and McDonald during my sister's visit over the weekend.

Oh yah, this time, instead of this animal protein with forfeited vitamins and minerals:

I bring this - hassle free Nutrifresh!

Nutrifresh - a healthier and nutritious drink for JY. No more troublesome milk bottles or sterilizer or thermoflask for hot water for milk :)
