What is Triclosan? Why Triclosan is dangerous to you?

Earlier I have shared with you on why Triclosan shouldn't appear in your toiletries like toothpaste, shampoo and etc when US FDA officially banned it in 2016.

However when I last visited the local stores, I can actually still find toothpaste that contain Triclosan :(.

So please do yourself a favour to check that if you still have this in your toilet.

I am blessed that we have learnt this 10 years ago on the harmful effects of triclosan in our Nutritional Immunology health seminars from Dr.Chen.

TRICLOSAN - Have you heard of Triclosan before?

Triclosan is one of the very common anti-bacterial agent used in toiletries like toothpaste, handwash and etc.

It can damage our liver and causing depression worst cancer after it reacting with chlorine in our tap water. Latest research has shown it can cause destroy thyroid function too.

Yet, now US FDA only officially banned it.

Indeed, it's our blessing to get to know the science of Nutritional Immunology & learn the updated knowledge from Dr.Chen 7 years ago. I cant imagine the damage in my body by Triclosan if I didn't know about this and been using for 7 years.

Other than Triclosan, do you know Flouride is actually another neurotoxin.

We are not surprise to see arsenic as neurotoxins, but Fluoride?!

It's something that we need to be concern about. So please check the ingredients label of your toothpaste.

Actually we can choose a safer source instead of using these harmful chemicals.

For healthier option, you can choose a toothpaste with safer ingredients.

I am letting my both gals and of course adults too using Elemente fluoride free toothpaste :)

How to protect ouselves from modern health threat?

Attended 2 seminars with Dr.Chen over the weekend.

First session is called Success Begins with E Excel, it's rare that Dr.Chen conducted business training in Singapore. Hence, we were all very excited and of course learn alots from Dr.Chen especially on  self-development part.

And this is one of the sharing from my biz partner :)

Then followed by health seminar by Dr.Chen.

As the break in between is only an hour, so I prepared Soygreen as our lunch :)

We are having best of both world  - both OFFLINE (from EE) & ONLINE (from eLEAD) :)

Soygreen is famous as meal replacement, my first experience proof to me that one sachet of Soygreen can last me from 1230noon to 6pm!!!

Full house event as usual! It tells us a business in health is always in demand.

I am blessed as able to attend together with my husband, my brother & my sister this time. Learn lots of updated health knowledge from Dr.Chen and her eldest daughter Dr.EE.

One of the topic they touched on is Zika virus. True enough, there's no medication for viral infection, the only way is to build up our immune system through wholesome superfood.

Other than that Dr.Chen made a simple yet impactful summary on why non-smoker get lung cancer.

An incredieble journey for me!!!

It has been almost a year even since I embarked on a totally new journey.

I feel blessed as I am showered with love daily.

I would say it has been an incredible journey and it is something I would never have expected. I never knew that there is so much more I can contribute to the society than just having a 8 to 5 routine job if without my friend who is also my mentor now. So 1^st of all, I must thank Weiwee for sharing this wonderful science and career with me.

During our usual biz gathering held last night, I was touched and blessed as my teammate finally found a solution for her frequently ill child who was admitted to the hospital once when she was seriously ill. She was in tears of gratitude when she shared her journey, and it deeply touched everyone who had attended.

I feel carefree – as I can spend more quality time with my gals. I no longer have to wake up early and rush JY to school every morning now. 

Last week, one of the preschool teachers commented that JY looks much healthier now (in fact the teacher was surprise that Jiaying doesn't has any medical record in school ever since she enrolled in June 2013) and she is no longer the ‘Lin mei mei’ (aka lin dai yu) she used to be. Besides being physically healthy, I am also grateful that she is healthier emotionally. If you were with me 2 months after JY was enrolled in her preschool – my heart sank after seeing her drawings – she would colour the characters black. Unlike then, now her drawings are full of colours!

I am feeling so blessed and fortunate now as I am able to start my day in a healthier way with the nourishment from NI wholesome organic non-gmo food.

What can be more joyful than seeing our much-loved family members regain their health? My husband’s sinus no more, my kids no longer need to consult doctor, my mother no longer need to inject pain killer into her spine for relieving her joint pain.

With kids, there will definitely be less money and time for her. If I were to stay employed, I can only use my time to exchange for the money, n money never seems to be enough. If I give all to my kids and mother, then what do I have left for myself? My life? 

If my life is only all about study – work and nothing but work – pay bills – pay this n that – then at the end of the day – retire with no money?

What is life? There is no purpose in life!

I am blessed that I had attended the Love and Care camp – a camp which let me ‘restore’ myself and found the meaning in life again.

Now, I'm a proud mummypreneur with my own healthy fast food franchise biz. I'm enjoying health, time and financial freedom. 

Afterall, for the prosperous, it's not about getting more stuff. It's about having the freedom to make almost any decision you want
