Healthy french fries recipe

Healthier French fries for JY and JX with macadamia nut oil and Vegecolor powder :)

Almost every kids like French fries, but as parents we know it's not so good - 1st of all due to the cooking oil - omega 6 too high. As such kids easily get sore throat or coughing after eating fried stuff.

So I always wanted to make healthier French fries for both gals.

Today blessed enough, I finally found a perfect recipe :)

First, I used organic potato.
Soak in cold water for 5mins, dry well then sprinkle with macadamia nut oil (Omega 3: Omega 6 ratio 1:1 - super healthy :)).
Then used Air Fryer to fry for 10mins.

To make it even healthier, I sprinkle on vegecolours - 28 types of freeze dried vege powder.
Instead of using ketchup, Vegcolor is tasty enough to be the flavouring :)

They finished it within 5 mins :)



I am so happy to be able to cook them the French fries with the cooking oil and vege powder which without any preservatives!!! and low in Omega 6!
