Is intelligence inherited or learned?

Over the weekend, I m blessed to be able to learn from Dr.Chen and Dr.EE again.

Morning session was in Mandarin, where pm session was in English.

Topics covered range from vaccine flu to antibiotics to cows milk to collagen to health supplements and various of diseases.

My guests are impressed with Dr.Chen & Dr.EE sharings :)

Over here, I would like to share on the topic about is intelligence inherited or learned? 

Have you ever wonder why some kids can study so well, while some cannnot?

Do you know intelligence is linked to our brain cortex?

Thanks to Dr.Chen I learned that so long we protect and noursish our brain cortex with correct wholesome plant food, our kids in fact can perform well in studies as well.

Diet in fact play a part in intelligence also, high omega 6 food like fried food, oily stuff can actually damage our neurons and has effect on kids IQ.

Hence, next time when you kids get good result after an exam, instead of bring them to fast food or ice-cream treats, we should in fact give them the wholesome plant foods which further protects their neurons. 

Here, I would like to share with you a sharing from one of our customer :)

Florence has never thought that her daughter (who is in secondary school now) would score straight 5 As in the recent exams as she has never scores any grades near to A before.

As we have learnt that when we give our brain the right nourishment, we can enhance our learning ability, including concentration and memory, as well as stress.

Recycle Orchestra & Millenium box into charger cable organiser

What can you do with empty Orchestra & Millenium boxes?

Been wanting to find a way to organise these cables, then I chanced upon an article which recycling toilet roll tubes into cables holder.

My husband remind me that it's going to take a long time for us to collect enough toilet roll tubes to make it into cable organiser, why not using product boxes instead?

Thanks for the enlightment from hubby, immediately I thought of Millenium & orchestra box.

Just a few simple cuts, tada.....

It's really a convinience for us :)
