Two ingredients cookies - banana plus oatmeal

Since Nov, I've been active in looking for lunch bento idea and healty snack recipe for JY's to bring to primary school during recess and snack time.

And i found this:

Tada... super simple and align with Nutritional Immunology where only 2 food grade ingredients - BANANA & OATMEAL are used.

Ripe Banana & Oatmeal

TWO ripe bananas


Mash it up

Add in 1 cup of oatmeal

Mix it well


Bake @ 350degF for 15mins

Tada.... yummy tasty healthy cookies


Total preparing time plus baking is less than 25minutes.
