How to make kids meal healthier with more vege

Received a notice from JY"s school that Healthy Meal School Prog will be implementing soon, where all meals will be served wit a small serving of fruits and vegetables.

It's a good start i would say, but at the same time i noticed that nowadays not only aldults meals, kids meals hardly come with vegetables as well.

Take for example, we just had our dinner at Cedele over the weekend. We ordered two kids meal - the meal comes with 1 pasta, 1 choc cookies and 1 cup of chocolate.


Cedele is known for it's healthy meal yet their kids meal only contain carbo and fats, lacking of fiber and plants which is rich in disease fighting nutrients and important to build up their immunity.

However kids also delighted when parents ordered kids meal, haa... So over here I am blessed to have the convinience from VegeColor :). Just add on a sachet, our kids and ourselves can enjoy 28 types of vegetables in a min.

Once in a while kids can enjoy their junk meal, while parents have solution to it :)
