The difference between Animal protein & plant protein:
Yes, Animal proteins give you protein, but at the same time giving you saturated fats, cholesterol, calories & animal hormones too!
๐๐๐ฐ๐๐ซ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ข๐ง ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ญ๐๐ข๐ง , ๐๐ก๐๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ญ๐๐ข๐ง derived from animal protein has severe side effects too.
Wheras ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ not only give you protein you requires, it gives you many plant nutrients too - Antioxidants , Phytochemicals , fiber too!
Take note: the plant protein have to be in wholesome form, not as in soy protein isolate , lecithin and etc. Those are not wholesome, so have severe side effects!
