Medical errors in Singapore

Followed by my earlier post on "Medical errors is 3rd leading cause of death", recently it happened in Singapore as well.

It was about a 14 months old baby who overdosed on codeine after being prescribed cough syrup that was not only not supposed to be for children under two years old, but was also with a dose more than four times the recommended amount for toddlers.

Other than this, I saw another article:

As a layman , without medical background, how can we safeguard our health and our loved ones?

Are what commonly assumed SAFE today , are they really SAFE?

"For those not previously infected by dengue virus, the analysis found that in the longer term, morecases of severe disease could occur following vaccination upon a subsequent dengue infection"

Hmm... Vacinnation is supposed for those who haven't contacted a disease isn't it? Why it ends up do more harm than good?

Another topic: Is vaccination SAFE?

Came across this heartbreaking Youtube video last night

We have to aware that both medication & vaccination do have side effects.

How we can safeguard our health?

This is why it is importance of being a wise consumer.

Really it is a blessing to learn the science of Nutritional Immunlogy from Dr.Chen.

If without Dr.Chen, I probably will still popping pain killer whenever I have headache, can't imagine what will happen to my liver 30 years later?

Share with you here what i have learnt:

Indeed health is wealth, only through a wisdom we then able to safeguard it properly.
