transport to the brain. With that we will have better sleep, better mood, able
to handle work stress and have a great work performance. We can have good
vitality and stamina throughout the day. Besides, ginseng berry also helps to normalize
blood sugar level and reduce the risk of developing in diabetes.
In
Nutritional Immunology, we focus on species too. Different species of a plant
will give us different nutritional value and not all species are suitable for
consumption.

example, Korean ginseng is not suitable for daily consumption due to its heaty
nature, whereas American ginseng and Ji Ling ginseng are food grade which can
