Healthy snack for kids: Roasted cauliflower & broccoli

This is their favourite healthy snack in school now:)

Roasted Cauliflower & Broccoli

Ingredients:
Cauliflower 
Broccoli
Seasoning eg salt, pepper or spices
E Excel Blended Cooking oil (Macadamia Nut oil)

Directions:
1. Soak and wash Cauliflower & Broccoli thoroughly with Vegiwash to remove residue of chemicals on vegetables.
2. Cut it into the desire size & dry it.
3. Sprinkle with E Excel Blended Macadamia Nut Oil,  salt & pepper/spices.
4. Put into Air Fryer, 'fried' it for 15 to 20mins @ 200degC
5. Serve it hot or cold :)

Simple, healthy, wholesome & super delicious !

happy to see NTUC selling Australia broccoli & cauliflower again :)

So fresh....

dry it up a bit, sprinkle abit of oil & salt, then keep it in fridge overnight
morning 630am - just throw inside air fryer, let it "fry" for 15mins, 200degC

Probably the healthiest cooking oil in the world - high omega 3, low omega 6, high smoking point 
Super delicious 😋


Thank you my friend who brought me for lunch at a salad shop, and let me tried in the shop, gave me the idea to prepare another simple, healthy snack for kids...

It can be great dinner idea for ppl who wants low carb meal too.
