No doubt, we do receive a lot of health information via TV, newspaper and internet, however, we may not know the accuracy of the information.
For example, people here spent up to $638millions a year on vitamins and dietary supplements, it's because of influence from media i.e. advertisement or through friend or did we really done research on it before popping it?
We all
know vitamins/minerals are important nutrients for a healthy immune system, but the question now is we should know where is the correct source to obtain the nutrients that our body need.

good or correct practice?

are topics we need to be concerned about. Higher risk of mortality associated
with taking vitamins or multivitamin supplements.
Again,
is supplement same as wholesome food?

supplements, their health didn’t improve.
They still constantly develop into migraine, frequent flu, fever and
cough.
