What will you do when Ebola hits Singapore?

I'm sure most of u are aware and concern about the recent outbreak of the Ebola virus.

Heathrow airport recent measure on screening may not deter the spread of the virus. See about headline from BBC. It is because when a person contracted the virus it will not immediately show symptoms.

Based on studies, the symptoms will only appear 5 to 10 days they contracted the virus.

Most of you might have known that currently there is no cure for Ebola.

So people who are diagnosed with Ebola will only receive supportive care and treatment for the complications.

And the rest depends solely on your immune system. That is why having a strong and nourished immune system is so important.

Feel free to contact me to find out more how to have a healthy immune system through wholesome plant food.

Or you may join us at Nutritional Immunology Workshop tomorrow 17th Oct 2014 at United Square, 2 to 4pm.
