Skin cancer cases up 60% in the past decade

Many thinks that diseases pop up suddenly. In fact, we could have been infected long before a disease's symptoms are felt. Some germs reside in our bodies for years before symptoms are evident. For example, HIV - a person could be carrying the HIV for 10 years before the onset of AIDS. Another example is colon cancer.

When we finally experience the symptoms, our first reaction is to cure it immediately. Unfortunately, our immune system needs time to recover from an infection and strengthen its forces sufficiently to mount a victorious counter-attack.

As such, it is important to nourish our immune system with disease-fighting nutrients from wholesome plant food on daily basis in order for our immune system to win the battle, rather than simply wait for an illness to strike before finding a solution.
