Both JY and I were down with runny nose and cough since then.
Not too worry as these are cleansing effect by our immune system - our immune system trying to cleanse the dirt (haze) from our body.
So other than Oxyginberry, I gave NOCO, Triflora and Orchestra to JY. No fever, no getting worse instead she recovered from runny nose and cough within 5 days.
So basically we just need to nourish our kid’s immune system with the correct nutrient from wholesome plant food, it will do the cleansing process more efficiently, cleansing the dirt and toxins out from our child’s body.
