After effect of World Cup 2014

I was having sore throat yesterday after watching the World Cup 2014 final.
Due to insufficient of rest, haha...

I know it is against NI lifestyle, but once in 4 years, hehe....

But after taking NOCO and Orchestra, sore throat gone within a day, yippie :)

Initially was worried sore throat will lead to coughing, as I need to attend a course on this weekend.
