How to decide the best source for Omega-3?




Instead of fish oil or flaxseed supplement, like I mentioned in http://nutritionalimmunologylifestyle.blogspot.sg/2014/07/is-your-omega-3-come-from-safe-sources.html

Omega-3 is best from plant source, and it has to be in wholesome form.

For example, Chia seed and Kiwi seed





That's why I give my family O-SEED - which is made from chia seeds and kiwi fruit seeds

Oseed provides us a great convenience as we don't have to search high and low for organic and non-GMO chia seed and kiwi seed.
