Why I say no to cow's milk?

So by knowing all the facts on the cow's milk, does it mean we can't take cow's milk or dairy product at all?
Occasionally I will still let my girls or even myself eat dairy products like ice-cream, cake or butter cookies.
What matter most is as long as we know cow's milk or dairy product doesn't benefit us as what we already know.
